My Trip To The Netherlands

I woke up bright and early on Monday July 15th. I was about to embark on a 5 hour car journey to the nearest international airport and then take a 9 1/2 hour plane journey to Schiphol in Amsterdam. I had been to the Netherlands any times before since I was born there but this trip was different because now I was actually old enough to remember it all. So while I was there I took 600 plus pictures of the Netherlands and I wanted to share some of my favourites with you.
Most of these were taken in Amsterdam unless otherwise noted.

 I would say that this is a traditional Dutch snack food meal. It consists of a delicious Frikandel.  (A sausage containing different types of meats that is deep fried), fries and of course some mayonnaise.

 I love Lattes!

 This is the statue of Rembrandt. Nearby is also his museum containing a lot of his art work.


That was a quick glimpse into my trip to the Netherlands!
I throughly enjoyed it and I hope to return soon.
